                                         Refund & Cancellation Policy

PC Excursions wants every guest to book with confidence. Please review our refund policy before making a reservation.

100% Refund Guarantee

You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of your excursion, provided the cancellation request is made within 30 days of your original booking date.

Cancellations Within 24 Hours

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled excursion time are non-refundable. This includes no-shows, late arrivals that cause you to miss pickup, and last-minute changes of plan.

Deposit & Remaining Balance

Most excursions are reserved with a deposit paid at booking, with the remaining balance due on the day of the excursion. If you cancel within the eligible refund window, your deposit will be fully refunded. If your cancellation falls outside the eligible window, the deposit is forfeited.

How to Request a Refund

To cancel or request a refund, contact us as soon as possible by email or WhatsApp with your booking confirmation details (name, excursion, and date). We aim to process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Weather & Safety Cancellations

If an excursion is cancelled by PC Excursions due to weather, safety concerns, or operator issues, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Changes to Your Booking

Need to change your date instead of cancelling? Contact us at least 24 hours in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate a new date, subject to availability, at no extra charge.

Welcome to PC Excursions. By booking an excursion or using our website, you agree to the following terms.

1. About Us

PC Excursions ("we," "us," "our") arranges and resells tourist excursions in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, in partnership with licensed local tour operators. Some excursions may be operated by third-party partners on our behalf.

2. Bookings & Payment

  • Reservations require a deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due on the day of the excursion.
  • Prices are listed in USD and may vary based on age category (adult, child, infant) as shown on each excursion page.
  • A booking is only confirmed once payment of the deposit has been successfully processed.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirements

  • Some excursions have age, height, weight, or health restrictions for safety reasons. It is your responsibility to review these before booking.
  • Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, available on our website. By booking, you agree to its terms.

5. Hotel Pickup

  • Hotel pickup is included with most excursions. You are responsible for providing accurate hotel/address and room information at booking.
  • We are not responsible for delays or missed pickups caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the guest.

6. Conduct & Safety

  • Guests must follow all safety instructions given by guides, drivers, and staff during the excursion.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any guest from an excursion, without refund, if their behavior endangers themselves or others, or violates the instructions of our staff or partners.
  • Guests participate in physical activities (e.g., snorkeling, off-road vehicles, boat travel) at their own risk. Please consult a doctor before booking if you have any health condition that could be affected by physical activity, sun exposure, or motion.

7. Weather & Changes

Excursion routes, timing, or activities may be adjusted for weather, safety, or operational reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes in advance.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PC Excursions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in an excursion, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.

9. Website Use

  • You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its normal operation.
  • All content on this site (text, images, logos) is the property of PC Excursions or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, without regard to conflict of law principles.
